Gudetama Tap! game officially started on Monday, May 21st, 2018 for iOS/Android devices.

About IDs[]

You can confirm IDs from Room>Confirmation number from friend. It is necessary for actions like registering friends and some support checks.

We highly recommend taking note of your ID in case of an unforeseen issue with your device.

Play environment request[]

Attempting to update the application or otherwise utilize the application in an environment with poor connection may result in the loss of game data. Please ensure that you have a secure connection before attempting to play.

Backup / Moving data to a new device[]

Procedure[]

1. From the title screen, go to Device Transfer > Continue > Issue ID

2. Save the "Device Transfer ID" that displays on the screen.

※Take care to avoid spelling errors.

※You cannot close the Issue ID screen until after the process has been complete.

You can close the app after you have saved the ID.

3. Install "gudetama tap!" on your new device.

4. From the title screen, go to "Device Transfer" > "Continue" > "Input ID"

5. Enter the ID you wrote down and press "Send".

※Take care to avoid spelling errors.

6. Device transfer is complete.

There are some OS exceptions to this procedure.

When reinstalling the app on the same device, follow the procedures above until step 2, then please uninstall and reinstall the app. Please be aware that if you do not have a device transfer ID, or stop the process before it is complete, you will not be able to save your play data.

In order to play on the same account, please be sure to follow the instructions listed above. There is no other method to ensure that you will be able to use the same play data when you wish to perform a device transfer.

Please note that when you switch between iOS and Android devices, the Golden Eggs in your inventory will be reset.

We also recommend keeping a copy of the inquiry ID on the title screen for future reference.
